Allantoin
Glyoxyldiureide
Allantoin is a small nitrogen-containing compound used as a skin-conditioning agent. The cited studies describe skin deposition from liposomes and a clinical trial in radiation-induced skin reactions; neither isolates allantoin's effect.
Combination of argan oil and phospholipids for the development of an effective liposome-like formulation able to improve skin hydration and allantoin dermal delivery.
In-vitro skin deposition study with liposomes · 2016
